PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: October 8, 2026

Ventra Wellness (“Ventra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals who visit our website, purchase our products, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services. This Privacy Policy describes how Ventra collects, uses, discloses, retains, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with ventra.shop and any related websites, applications, communications, products, marketing programs, and services that reference or link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). It also describes certain rights and choices that may be available to you under applicable law.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the Services. This Privacy Policy should be read together with any additional privacy notices, terms, or disclosures that may be presented to you in connection with a particular product, feature, promotion, marketing program, or communication channel.

Personal Information We Collect

The categories of personal information we collect depend on the nature of your relationship with Ventra and the manner in which you interact with the Services. We may collect information that you provide directly to us, information collected automatically through your use of the Services, and information obtained from third parties, service providers, advertising partners, and other lawful sources.

Information you provide directly to us may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, account information, communication preferences, order history, customer service correspondence, product reviews, referral information, survey responses, and other information that you choose to provide. When you make or attempt to make a purchase, we may also collect information concerning the products you purchase or consider purchasing, transaction amounts, order status, shipping information, returns, refunds, exchanges, and promotional offers used in connection with the transaction.

Payment information, including payment card information, may be collected and processed directly by third-party payment processors. Ventra may receive transaction confirmations or limited payment-related information necessary to complete a purchase, but we do not necessarily receive or retain complete payment card numbers.

If you create or maintain an account with Ventra, we may collect information associated with that account, including your contact information, authentication information, preferences, purchase history, loyalty or rewards information, referral activity, gift card information, and other information associated with your relationship with us.

We may also collect information regarding your marketing preferences and engagement. This may include your email address, telephone number, consent records, subscription status, unsubscribe or opt-out requests, email opens, email clicks, text message interactions, responses to promotional campaigns, and information regarding the source or advertising campaign through which you interacted with Ventra.

Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Services, Ventra and certain third parties may automatically collect information concerning your device, browser, network connection, and activity. Such information may include your Internet Protocol address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from technical information, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, products viewed, searches performed, items added to or removed from a shopping cart, checkout activity, purchases, date and time information, advertising interactions, session data, and similar information concerning your use of the Services.

This information may be collected through cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage technologies, server logs, application programming interfaces, web beacons, and similar technologies. We use such technologies to operate the Services, remember user preferences, maintain security, analyze website performance, understand customer interactions, measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and improve our business and marketing activities.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Ventra uses cookies and similar technologies for operational, functional, analytical, security, and advertising purposes. Certain cookies are necessary for the Services to function properly, while others may be used to understand usage patterns, measure performance, personalize content, or facilitate advertising activities. Because our e-commerce infrastructure may be supported by Shopify and other technology providers, those providers may also use cookies and related technologies in connection with the operation of the Services.

You may be able to manage certain cookie preferences through your browser settings or through privacy preference controls made available on the Site. Disabling or blocking certain technologies may affect the availability, functionality, or performance of certain portions of the Services.

Advertising, Analytics, and Meta Technologies

Ventra may use third-party advertising, analytics, and measurement services to promote our products, evaluate advertising performance, measure conversions, understand customer behavior, create advertising audiences, and deliver advertisements that may be more relevant to users. These services may include technologies and services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., including the Meta Pixel, advertising measurement tools, conversion technologies, audience tools, and related technologies.

Depending on our configuration and your interaction with the Services, these technologies may collect or receive information concerning your device, browser, Internet Protocol address, cookie or advertising identifiers, pages visited, products viewed, shopping cart activity, purchases, transaction values, advertising interactions, and other events associated with your interaction with Ventra. Where permitted by law and appropriately configured, such technologies may also involve hashed or otherwise transformed contact information for advertising measurement, attribution, or audience-matching purposes. This never includes mobile numbers or other information collected through our SMS Program opt-in, which we do not share for marketing purposes.

Ventra may use this information to understand whether an advertisement resulted in a visit, purchase, or other interaction; to measure return on advertising expenditures; to create or refine advertising audiences; to retarget individuals who have previously interacted with Ventra; to analyze campaign performance; and to improve the efficiency of our advertising activities. Third-party advertising providers process information in accordance with their own contractual terms and privacy policies.

Certain advertising activities may be considered “targeted advertising,” “cross-context behavioral advertising,” “sharing,” or, in some jurisdictions, a “sale” of personal information under applicable law, even where no monetary payment is made in exchange for the information. Where required by law, Ventra will provide applicable mechanisms through which individuals may exercise rights relating to such activities.

How We Use Personal Information

Ventra may use personal information for legitimate business, commercial, operational, legal, and compliance purposes. Such purposes include processing and fulfilling orders, accepting payments, arranging shipment, providing transaction confirmations, managing customer accounts, processing returns or exchanges, administering loyalty or referral programs, responding to inquiries, providing customer support, and maintaining records concerning transactions and customer relationships.

We may also use personal information to operate, maintain, secure, analyze, and improve the Services; understand customer behavior and preferences; develop or evaluate products and services; conduct internal reporting; detect and prevent fraud; protect accounts and systems; investigate suspicious or unlawful activity; enforce our agreements and policies; and protect the rights, property, and safety of Ventra, our customers, our service providers, and others.

Subject to applicable law and your communication preferences, we may use personal information for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. These purposes may include sending promotional emails and text messages, providing product announcements or promotional offers, recommending products, personalizing communications, measuring campaign effectiveness, conducting retargeting, creating advertising audiences, and analyzing marketing performance.

We may also use personal information where necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful governmental or judicial requests, establish or defend legal claims, enforce contractual rights, maintain legally required records, or otherwise satisfy regulatory or compliance obligations.

Email Communications

Ventra may use your email address to send transactional, service-related, and administrative communications concerning your account, purchases, deliveries, customer service requests, or other interactions with the Services. Where permitted by applicable law, we may also send promotional emails regarding Ventra products, offers, promotions, product launches, educational material, or other marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in such communications or by contacting Ventra. An election to discontinue promotional emails will not prevent us from sending transactional, legal, administrative, or service-related communications where such communications are necessary or otherwise permitted by law. We may retain records of unsubscribe requests for purposes of honoring your preferences and demonstrating compliance with applicable requirements.

SMS and Text Message Communications

Ventra Wellness offers a text message program (the “SMS Program”). If you opt in, for example by checking the SMS box at checkout or by submitting a sign-up form that describes our texts, we will use your mobile number and related information to send the messages you agreed to receive. These may include promotional offers, product announcements, cart reminders, back-in-stock alerts, order and shipping updates, and customer service messages.

Marketing text messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; we will send one message confirming your opt-out and no further marketing texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@ventra.shop. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The full terms are in our SMS Terms.

We do not share your text messaging opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our SMS Program, such as our text messaging platform and customer service providers, solely to operate the program. All other categories of sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep records of the date, time, method, and scope of your consent, the mobile number it applies to, the messages sent under it, and any opt-out, so that we can honor your choices and demonstrate compliance with applicable law.

Shopping Cart and Checkout Communications

Where permitted by law and consistent with your communication preferences, Ventra may use contact information provided during a website visit, shopping cart session, or checkout process to send reminders concerning items remaining in a cart or an incomplete transaction. Promotional text messages concerning abandoned carts or similar marketing activity will be sent only where Ventra has obtained the level of consent required by applicable law.

Sources of Personal Information

Ventra may obtain personal information directly from you, including when you purchase products, create an account, subscribe to communications, contact customer service, submit a review, participate in a referral or loyalty program, or otherwise interact with the Services. We may also collect information automatically through cookies, pixels, analytics tools, server logs, device technologies, and similar mechanisms.

We may receive information from service providers that assist us with e-commerce operations, payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, email marketing, text message marketing, customer service, analytics, fraud prevention, data hosting, security, and other operational functions. We may also receive information from advertising platforms and marketing partners concerning advertising interactions, referral sources, campaign performance, conversion activity, audience information, and attribution.

Disclosure of Personal Information

Ventra may disclose personal information to third parties where reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide the Services, fulfill orders, process payments, communicate with customers, conduct advertising, analyze business performance, prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect our legal rights.

We may disclose information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping companies, cloud hosting providers, email and SMS platforms, analytics providers, advertising technology companies, fraud prevention providers, customer support vendors, security providers, and professional advisers. Such parties may process personal information as necessary to perform services for Ventra and subject to applicable contractual or legal requirements.

We may also disclose certain personal information or online activity information to advertising and marketing partners, including social media platforms such as Meta, for advertising, attribution, analytics, measurement, retargeting, and related purposes. Depending on applicable law, certain such disclosures may constitute “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” “cross-context behavioral advertising,” or a “sale” of personal information. These disclosures exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is described in the “SMS and Text Message Communications” section above and is not shared with any third parties.

Information may also be disclosed among affiliated companies or entities under common control where reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by law. Ventra may further disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

We may disclose information where required or permitted by law, including in response to lawful subpoenas, court orders, governmental requests, regulatory inquiries, or other legal process. We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or unlawful activity, enforce our agreements and policies, protect our property or legal rights, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our customers, employees, service providers, or others.

Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Ventra does not sell personal information in the ordinary commercial sense of transferring customer lists in exchange for direct monetary payment. Nevertheless, certain privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly and may characterize particular advertising or analytics disclosures as a sale, sharing, or processing for targeted advertising.

Depending on Ventra’s advertising practices, the categories of information involved in such activities may include identifiers, cookie or device identifiers, commercial information, Internet or network activity, approximate location, advertising interaction data, or other online activity information. Such information may be disclosed to advertising or marketing partners for purposes including targeted advertising, retargeting, audience development, attribution, campaign measurement, and campaign optimization.

Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, Ventra will provide an appropriate mechanism through which that right may be exercised. Ventra does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under sixteen years of age where prohibited by applicable law.

Global Privacy Control and Privacy Preference Signals

Where required by applicable law, Ventra recognizes qualifying Global Privacy Control signals and other legally recognized opt-out preference signals. A valid signal may be treated as a request to opt out of covered sales, sharing, or targeted advertising with respect to the browser or device from which the signal is transmitted.

Where we are able to reasonably associate the relevant browser or device with a customer account, we may apply the preference more broadly as required or permitted by law. Ventra does not necessarily respond to other browser-based “Do Not Track” signals unless legally required to do so.

Consumer Health and Wellness Information

Because Ventra operates in the wellness industry, certain information concerning products viewed, products purchased, customer communications, or other interactions with the Services may, depending on context and applicable law, constitute health-related information or “consumer health data.” The classification of particular information depends on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it is processed, and the requirements of applicable law.

Ventra is not necessarily a healthcare provider or other entity subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), and information collected through a commercial website or ordinary retail transaction may not be protected by HIPAA. Where information constitutes consumer health data or another specially protected category under applicable law, Ventra will process such information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Certain jurisdictions may require additional disclosures, consent mechanisms, or a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Ventra may provide such notices where applicable. Customers should not submit medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, or other highly sensitive health information through general customer service forms, reviews, or ordinary email unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.

Sensitive Personal Information

Ventra does not intend to collect sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to operate the Services, complete transactions, prevent fraud, comply with law, and provide features requested by customers. Where applicable law defines particular information as sensitive personal information, Ventra will process that information in accordance with the requirements of such law. Ventra does not use sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about individuals where such use is prohibited by applicable law.

Data Retention

Ventra retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to satisfy legitimate operational, contractual, legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud prevention, and compliance requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the circumstances in which it was collected.

Relevant considerations may include whether a customer maintains an account, whether information is necessary to complete or document a transaction, whether information is required for customer service or dispute resolution, whether recordkeeping is required by law, whether information is necessary to establish or defend legal claims, and whether consent or opt-out records should be retained to demonstrate compliance with marketing or privacy requirements.

Data Security

Ventra maintains reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, destruction, or loss. No method of electronic transmission, Internet communication, or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Ventra therefore cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should not disclose passwords or authentication information to unauthorized persons. If you believe that your account or personal information has been compromised, you should contact Ventra promptly.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your place of residence and subject to applicable legal limitations and exceptions, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include the right to request access to or information concerning personal information Ventra maintains about you; the right to request deletion of certain personal information; the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information; the right to obtain certain information in a portable format; the right to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and, in certain jurisdictions, the right to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

Ventra will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising a privacy right. Privacy rights are not absolute, and Ventra may deny or limit a request where permitted by applicable law.

Exercising Privacy Rights

You may submit a privacy request through any privacy controls made available on the Site or by contacting Ventra at support@ventra.shop. Your request should identify the right you wish to exercise and provide sufficient information to allow us to identify the relevant account or records.

Ventra may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification may include confirmation of information already associated with your account, such as your email address, telephone number, order information, or other identifying information reasonably necessary to verify the request.

Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. Ventra may require appropriate documentation demonstrating the agent’s authority and may separately verify your identity before processing the request. Requests will be addressed within the periods required by applicable law.

Communication Preferences

You may opt out of promotional email communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in our marketing emails. You may opt out of promotional SMS communications by following the instructions contained in those messages, including by replying STOP where supported. An election to discontinue promotional communications will not necessarily prevent Ventra from sending transactional, service-related, legal, or administrative communications.

Where applicable law provides rights relating to targeted advertising, sales, or sharing of personal information, those rights may be exercised through privacy controls made available on the Site or through a supported privacy preference signal.

Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may contain links to websites, social media platforms, applications, or services operated by third parties. Ventra does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or data practices of third parties. Information provided to or collected by a third party is governed by that third party’s own privacy policy and terms.

The inclusion of a link or integration does not, by itself, constitute Ventra’s endorsement of the third party or its practices. We encourage users to review the privacy policies and terms of third-party websites and services before providing personal information.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children, and Ventra does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to Ventra inappropriately, you may contact us at support@ventra.shop.

Where required by law and following appropriate verification, Ventra will take reasonable steps to delete applicable information. Ventra does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under sixteen years of age where such activity is prohibited by applicable law.

International Users

Ventra operates from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or in other jurisdictions in which Ventra or its service providers operate. Privacy and data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws of your country of residence.

Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers of personal information, Ventra will use appropriate legal mechanisms or other safeguards as required. Individuals located in jurisdictions that provide additional privacy rights may contact Ventra to exercise rights available under applicable law.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Ventra may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, products, services, technologies, advertising activities, service providers, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date appearing at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

Where required by applicable law, Ventra may provide additional notice concerning material changes or obtain consent before implementing certain changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed regarding our privacy practices.
