Shipping policy

We ship all orders from our facility in the United States.

Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Shipping rates
Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping. [Confirm: standard shipping cost/rate for orders under $300 — I don't have this figure from anything we've built.]

Delivery time

International shipping

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping delays
While we do our best to meet the estimates above, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We're not able to guarantee exact delivery dates.
